View Slide Kit - If you do not have MS PowerPoint installed on your computer, use this option to view a slide kit.
Download Slide Kit - User this option to download and view/print the slide presentation with notes. 

Slide Kits Downloading Options

Option 1

Use this option, to download and view/print the slide presentation with notes.

  • Click on 'Download' button, 
  • Click on 'Save',
  • In 'Save As' dialog box you will see 'slidekit.ppt'* as File name. You can rename this file as you prefer.
  • Select the folder where you want to save your file,
  • Click on 'Save'.

Note: If you see 'SlideLibrary.htm' instead of 'slidekit.ppt', use Option 2.

Option 2

  • Click on 'Download' button,
  • Click on 'Open',
  • Slides will open in MS PowerPoint window,
  • Click on 'Save As',
  • In 'Save As' dialog box you will see 'slidekit.ppt' as File name. You can rename this file as you prefer.
  • Select the folder where you want to save your file,
  • Click on 'Save'.

Posttest -  To receive CME credit, click on Posttest link, print the following posttest, fill it out, and fax/mail completed posttest to the fax number/address shown on the posttest.

 
Which browser is recommended for optimal viewing of VirologyCME website?

How can I take a posttest?

Top

All accredited enduring materials that provide CME/CE credits have posttests associated with them. To view, download, and print a posttest, you need to click on the 'Posttest' button under the program information.

To get CME/CE credit for the program you studied, mail or fax filled printed copy of the posttest to the address/fax number specified on the posttest form.

 
How can I get my CME/CE certificate?

To get CME/CE certificate for the program you studied, mail or fax filled printed copy of the posttest to the address/fax number specified on the posttest form. You will then get your CME/CE certificate from the company providing CME/CE credit for this program.

 
How can I view the newsletters, monographs and other materials in PDF format?

To view the materials in PDF Format, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. After you view PDF file, click on your browser's Back button to return to the list of the materials.

 
How can I get a copy of the slide presentation?

To view/save the presentation, just click on the 'Download' button under the program information, and you will be prompted to either open or save the file. 

 
Why am I not able to hear the Webcast audio or to view the Webcast video?

In order to hear a Webcast audio and view a Webcast video you need to have Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher and Windows Media Player 8.0 or higher installed on your computer. 

 
Why am I not able to view the presentation slides?

Top

To view the presentation, you should have Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your computer. You can buy the software from any software store or online.

 
Why does it take so long to download the slides?

Top

The download time depends on the speed of your internet connection. Some slides may be larger in size, and hence may take longer to download. A 500 KB file may take 4 minutes on a 28.8 KBPS, 2 minutes on 56 KBPS and <1 minute for a T1 connection.
